Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Recurring membership

Gold3nFX offers a recommended 12-week learning program through an ongoing $147 monthly membership billed by PayPal. It is not a three-payment plan. The membership renews automatically on the billing date shown by PayPal until you cancel, even if you complete the 12-week roadmap sooner or later.

2. How to cancel

You may cancel through your PayPal account under automatic or recurring payments, or email gold3nfx@gmail.com before the next renewal date. Include the email connected to your membership and your PayPal subscription or transaction ID. A cancellation is complete when PayPal shows the subscription as canceled or Gold3nFX confirms the cancellation.

• Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
• Cancellation does not ordinarily refund a payment already processed.
• Access generally remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Refund-request window

Because membership provides immediate access to digital course materials and ongoing support, refunds are not automatic. You may email a refund request within seven calendar days of the charge. Each timely request is reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed except where required by law.

4. Information required

• Your full name and the email used for course access.
• The PayPal transaction or subscription ID.
• The date and amount of the charge.
• A short explanation of the reason for the request.

5. Requests generally not approved

• Requests submitted more than seven calendar days after the charge, unless required by law.
• Failure to use the course, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to cancel before renewal.
• Trading losses, failure to earn profits, or dissatisfaction with personal market results.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for sharing access, redistributing materials, chargeback abuse, or other policy violations.

6. Billing errors and access problems

Contact us promptly about a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or a technical access problem. We will investigate and attempt to correct verified billing or access errors. Please allow up to two business days for an initial email response.

7. Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time is controlled by PayPal and the financial institution. A refunded payment may end access immediately.

8. Legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
