• Basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, such as device, browser, request, and error information.

2. How we use information

• Verify payments and approve, maintain, or end student access.
• Deliver the course, save progress, review homework, respond to support requests, and operate live or recorded reviews.
• Protect course materials, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain service security.
• Send service, billing, schedule, policy, and course-related communications.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the course, including payment, authentication, hosting, email, video, file-storage, and community providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

• PayPal processes subscription payments.
• ChatGPT sign-in helps identify student accounts.
• Discord, YouTube, Telegram, and other services process information when you choose to use their platforms.

The website and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, security, saved preferences, course progress, and essential functionality. Disabling these technologies may prevent parts of the student portal from working correctly.

Payment, ChatGPT, Discord, YouTube, Telegram, and other third-party data requests must be directed to those providers.

Gold3nFX is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
